FARM HOSPITALITY

ALL INCLUSIVE COOKING SCHOOL

Fly to the Big Island of Hawai‘i and immerse yourself in an all-inclusive culinary school on one acre of farmland. Our micro-farm is home to coconut trees, bananas, sugarcane, breadfruit, chickens, ducks, our beloved farm dog, Olena, flowers, fresh fruit, seasonal vegetables, and the best oranges on island. If we're not growing it, we source the best ingredients for your hands-on classes and meals.

Upon arrival you'll find a welcome basket stocked with fresh, local ingredients for you to use during your experience.

Throughout the week you'll have the option to start your mornings with your own yoga flow on the lanai before a local breakfast demo that highlights small-batch, farm-to-table ingredients, followed by a lesson on how to shop a farmers market tour like a pro, a multi-course cooking class and/or excursion around the Big Island.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Justine is happy to create an itinerary customized to your preferences if you prefer to opt on your time off. You can choose from guided adventures like hiking, swimming, hot ponds, or hunting and fishing excursions with certified guides, self-led excursions to Mauna Kea or Volcanoes National Park, or you can visit some of the best coffee, flower and specialty farms and get recommendations for the best sustainable shopping, antique shopping, and thrifting spots.
